☆ To Access the building, amenities, and the apartment, guests will need to download the Latch app by Latch Inc which will be used to provide guest with digital keys. ☆ Guests will be able to access the whole apartment including the balcony and laundry closet as well as all of the communal areas (lounges, library, gym, pool, courtyard, grills, etc.). The assigned parking garage spot can be used for a nightly fee (1 car guaranteed). Extra cars can park in guest metered parking or other local lots. Please note that other local lots charge between $40-$60 per day. ☆ No stairs necessary to enter unit. ☆ Hallways and entrances are well-lit.

My friends and I had a great time staying here! This place was in a great location, right next to the Ole Smokey Distillery and was walkable to Broadway. Despite the apartment building being busy, we could not hear noise from other apartments. The beds were comfy with plenty of space to sleep. I was nervous about there only being one bathroom for six of us, but there were other bathrooms on the same floor available to use. The lounge with outdoor seating area on the top floor was also really enjoyable to use.

Very walkable to broadway and building has a lot of other airbnb guests in it. there is an added fee for early check-in and late checkout, but you can check your bags in the lobby for five dollars per bag. Michael was very responsive and the Airbnb was perfect for our weekend trip with 6 people.

Nashville: country music, strong drinks, Southern comfort food… and then you walk into Michael’s place and it’s full Gustav Klimt vibes. Gold accents, luxurious colors, intricate patterns, pure Art Nouveau elegance. Stylish, unique, unforgettable. Honky-tonk outside, Vienna inside. Absolutely a 5-star stay. True story.

Michael was very responsive throughout the entirety of the stay! We ended up needing parking last minute and he made sure we got access in the apartment building. He had very clear instructions and the place was 110% accurately. Very clean on arrival with plenty of towels, pillows, glassware, etc. I would highly recommend this place. Such an easy commute to broadway.

We had an amazing experience at Michael's Airbnb! This space and the building it is in are adorable, very clean, and safe. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, and we loved how short the walk to Broadway and the surrounding destinations was. Michael was an excellent communicator and provided very clear instructions, so everything went smoothly. Our group of 6 easily fit in this space with plenty of room. Highly recommend Michael's place!

We had a great stay at Michael’s place! He accomadated us last minute for a quick getaway. Location could not be better! We walked to all of our favorite spots easily (even though the temperature was in the 20s)! Michael is very responsive and any little minor issues we had he fixed immediately. Will definitely be staying at his place again hopefully next time we’re in the area! Oh, and the donut shop directly across the street may be some of the best donuts we’ve ever had! You won’t regret staying at Michael’s place! Had a wonderful time!

Loved this place! Super cute spot, beautifully decorated and exactly as described. The location was perfect - just a short walk to Broadway, making it super easy to explore the city’s live music, restaurants, and nightlife. It was quiet at night despite being close to all the action. and the price was a fantastic value for the area. Check-in was smooth, and Michael was friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. Great place in a great location! We had plenty of space, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Within walking distance to all the downtown action. We could also watch and listen to the live band across the street from the balcony! Would definitely stay here again!
